About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for the entire creative experience. This pivotal role requires a visionary leader who can not only define the overarching creative strategy but also grow in a changing environment, overseeing the rapid production of content (often with less than 24-hour turnarounds).

Responsibilities

  • Define the creative strategy for Android's consumer-facing content, ensuring brand consistency and market relevance.
  • Lead the changing production of content, managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and other teams to align creative content with business goals.
  • Manage and mentor an in-house creative team, including a Producer and Visual Designer.
  • Drive creative innovation by integrating new technologies, like Google AI, while overseeing the efficient operation of the in-house production studio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience working in a creative discipline (e.g., writing, filmmaking, video editing, design, art direction, photography, etc.).
  • A portfolio of creative work displaying experience in Brand or Social design.
